This school will definately get you to pass the state exam. I passed the state exam on my first try. Kyle was a great instructor and made classes enjoyable. I am thankful that I went through them as it gave me the proper fundamentals and knowledge of real estate. I was able to finish everything within a 1 month time frame!

Go somewhere else. Trust me! This place is a ripoff plain and simple. They make you take a pretest before you can take the 'real' one. Other real estate agents, friends of mine, told me they never heard of this before. A review is normal. Charging you for a pretest is not (e.g. Weichert doesn't)
Lots of real estate schools closed recently I understand it's tough out there. However it's no reason to be unethical and milk 20 to 30 students every week making an extra 200-300 dollars. We've already paid 475$ for the course.
Trust me travel a little more and learn from my experience.

complete wast of time and money. Education was not the main goal of this "school". they nickel and dime you for items like study guilds and to actuality take the test. The classes where filled with unrelated stories of decades past that made classes confusing to fallow. When an issues raised it self, I personally had the displeasure of being jerked about by the inter staff. Had to get a layer involved ! please don't wast your efforts with this place !
