Worst service ever ! I've been working in restaurant industry for 10 years (6 years at a different franks)EVERY single time I order from this location something comes wrong - We've gotten the wrong food and simple things like sauce on side for kids pasta comes wrong. A couple of times we were even missing items that we paid for. When we call to simply say that we're missing an item they give attitude as if it's our fault we didn't get what we PAID for. If it was once or twice they got it wrong I would completely understand because like I said , I've worked in restaurants for 10 years and I know mistakes happen but it's every single time. We try to give them the benefit of the doubt and make our order as simple as possible but they can never get it correct.

i ordered the chicken balsamic for delivery - the delivery person was so polite and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Definitely ordering again. Great Place

I am very satisfied with the food and service, especially the owner supervises that every body is receiving the best service by walking table by table which makes everything excellent. So for this reason, I go with my family at least twice a week. I will recommend try and taste this romantic Frank's Trattoria at 802 Bloomfield Avenue, West Caldwell in New Jersey.

we go here at least twice a month. the food is great! i love their pasta. the staff is extreamly freindly and my faimly has come to know most of the names of the staff and have conversations with them. the owner walkes around and sees how every one is doing, and makes sure they are comfortable.
