The filet mignon was both overcooked and under seasoned. I don't care for salt too much and I needed to add it quite a bit. The same also went for my wife's lobster tail. The waiter said that they were having issues in the back and was insane. He also mentioned many dishes were returned that night. We eventually got dessert and originally ordered the mud pie and was told by the waiter, the pie was left out and was now a melted mess. I ended up getting cheesecake which was made in house. It was very good and unfortunately the star of the night. Being our first time and the fact we had a $150 bill for certainly an unsatisfactory experience, we probably won't be back. Our waiter was fantastic and we would only go back for him.

Went after long day of work. Five men ready to eat! We weren't dressed the best, but they took us anyway. Inside very different from exterior of building. Overall good experience!

Skirt Steak is out of this world. Have been eating here for almost 6 years and still enjoy it all the same to this day. This is not to take away from any other choices on the menu. Haven't met an entree I didn't like.
Service here is attentive, but not so much that you are bothered. Every server I have encountered has been courteous and professional, with a real understanding of the menu... Good wine list by the glass selection, not overwhelming.

I recently dined at Franks, and thought the whole experience to be quite ok, but expensive. We were immediately seated upon arrival, and our drink orders were taken within 5-10 minutes. The steak was just ok. I had the filet, which was decent, and my wife had a NY strip which was bland and rather tasteless. The creamed spinach was bland, but the Frank's mashed potatoes were incredibly good. The bill, with 1 drink each, and a coke, came out to about $112.00-plus tip. The crowd was mixed--families, couples, singles and the restaurant could use some music in the background. I was there at like 730- 800 pm, so maybe they do crank some tunes later on. Overall? OK..
