Thought I needed a sensor for my GE dryer- He was able to order the part and have it in the timeframe that I needed it in ($40.00). I get there and do a bench test with my voltmeter and come to the conclusion that my old part was not deffective. After apologizing for the mistake on my end, I asked him to quote me a price on a new blower motor ($200.00). After apologizing again and letting him know that if I need the blower motor, Ill order that instead.
He proceded to tell me not to call him for the part; Angry that the $40 sale didnt work out, he blew a $200 sale.
Rude, un-professional and overall unhelpful. Stick with an online vendor- youll save money and time after all is said and done AND you wont have to deal with this jerk.
