My initial experience was positive, being a customer for a while. However, I brought a piece of jewelry in for repair recently. He completed the repair, but within a short timeframe it broke again. I brought it back & he was very defensive & reluctant to fix it again. He was going to charge me again to fix it although it was brought back within a short timeframe. He was accusing me of hitting the piece against something, which was not true. It broke again due to Mr. Anson's shoddy workmanship. I became so disgusted that I left. I would never use him again. He certainly does NOT stand behind his workmanship, only initially when he's trying to sell you something, not if repairs are required.
Needless to say, I found a new jeweler who was so much more accommodating, especially regarding repairs. I would never use Frank Anson again or will I refer family or friends to him.
