Frames Bowling Lounge

It's a nice place. Sliders are good. Good place to go with coworkers. But it's what you expect for port authority.

Really nice setup. Pool, ping pong, bowling. They have all you need for a good time. Only drawback is its a bit pricey.

The manager that worked on Friday 1/29/2016 ( light skinned with curly hair thin framed) is absolutely the WORST manager ever his discretion is poor, he is RUDE and socially unattractive. He should not work with the public he should be shovel Sh&t somewhere in the BACK. This experience was part of a second experience of the day. Megan another manager called me after 12 noon and left a voicemail and sent an email reporting that the room was double booked and she moved me out of the room added a "regular" lane. I didn't want a "regular" lane. Though she moved me back to the VIP room the added stress was not needed.

this was my SECOND time at FRAMES and it will be my LAST I will try lucky strike, Brooklyn bowl, Harlem bowl, heck I would rather bowl in the middle of traffic then come here again and spend my MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The food order was wrong they put bacon on my burgers we did get another order and they were RAW...... the only way I would ever come back would be if I got the VIP room for FREE

My sister decided to celebrate her Birthday here...about 13 ppl attended and we booked a party for over $500 for 2 hours ..we arrived a little late like 20mins they definitely made sure they CUTT our GAMES OFF right at the time!! So pissed we didn't even get to see score and who won! So I approached the manager and he looked so lost about letting us finish our game,he stated that he had another party coming in but there were so many free lanes available... Probably won't go back and for the money we spent it was so not worth it!!!! It's a nice place overall but you better be PUNCTUAL!!!

Just had out holiday party here. Great time! Amazing food (the Sliders were awesome), and the lanes were clean, modern, and well-spaced. Especially liked the ability to see how hard you're throwing, in MPH!
