I was appointed as an A.M - Sales at this company Operating in Gurgaon, INDIA. I was held on hold for more than 25 days until i gave up hope to get any offer letter and joined a different company with better package and also much much much bigger company. This is completely unprofessional and would like to urge the Management to not continue it. If you cannot provide offer letter than don't give assurance, AM's are also human. What i really don't understand is how could a company generating more than $12 million a month be shaken for just 2 employees leaving the company. Didn't the company plan for back up? No strategy in place? and how could that be a reason to postpone joining of someone waiting for more than a week. This is just ridiculous, I have no hard feelings against any individual person but rather blame this as a lack of Management Delivery and lack of planning. BOY I COULD HAVE BEEN SUCH AN ASSET. Phew... you blew it. Best of luck for your future...
