Horrible service! we made an order online using the EAT24 app. 1 hour and 40 minutes later I got a call to my cellphone asking for my address which was provided at the beginning of the order. and that the order will be available in 10 more minutes. The top time in this is 45 minutes. On top of that this same phone call was made twice to my cell phone and to my husbands cellphone. after too much argument requesting to cancel the order. we were told that the order came in late from the APP PEOPLE EAT 24 and that therefore it was not their fault and wont cancel it. I had online the people of EAT24 app who said that this lying people told him that we wanted to keep the order.
so I ask who is lying here? and that I will give a review of this bad service and this person said...give them to whoever you like....
This is the worst experience ever! I have order online in several occasions from restaurants in the area but this has never happened before...

The menu variety is what make this place ok. The food is all ok, not awesome.
The pizza might be 2nd best in town, A1 is better.

The best Pizza in the area. Not much else to say -everything is fantastic, though their Margherita Pizza is the best!

order confirmation at 648pm. Current time 8:10.... still no food.
called at 7:47 and was told it alrdy was on its way...asked when they left and his response was "Oh, he should be right at your door any second", that was 10 minutes ago.
Still waiting.
I don't care how good the food is, never ordering from here again.

8:15- order FINALLY arrived.
Delivery dude said "sorry for the delay, a little short staffed"... um. how about not lying to customers about their order being on the way. Food was super hot, so Im guessing it wasn't even ready until I called.
Whatever guys, you've lost a local customer... going back to ordering from Piazza's... they are fast AND delicious!
