Fortune Flowers provided amazing flowers for our wedding this month. We couldn't be happier! Lena and Boris were super nice, responsible and flexible. We had multiple types of flower arrangements and bridal party bouquets. All of them came out even better than we expected. The flowers were fresh, large & beautiful! The arrangements were creatively designed and many of the guests were asking where did we get the flowers. Fortune flowers delivered exceptional service and flowers for reasonable price. We highly recommend them for any type of event.

So much better then I could've imagined!!! I went with fortune flowers for my wedding and am sooo happy I did. I dealt with Lena the entire time and she was the most pleasant person I had the pleasure of working with during my wedding planning. I don't know how they managed but my huppah, ceremony isle, and wedding centerpieces were way larger and more beautiful than any mock-up or picture I was shown. Don't be fooled by the small storefront...they were on-time, always easy to reach, very nice, and extremely reasonably priced...it almost made me worry how much i was promised for such a low price (low considering the pricing out there in the market nowadays). All the work looks top notch and the flowers were extremely fresh and ordered the week before my wedding. The centerpieces were good as new for over a week after the wedding. I will be recommending fortune flowers to everyone...thank you guys for a beautiful wedding day!!!! My new husband and I will be back for events to come!

I ordered flowers over the phone for a funeral based on this other review.
When I got to the funeral parlor, there were cheap carnations and drooping half-dead greens for $100 plus tax and delivery fee. The other arrangements the family bought from Bath Beach Florist were beautiful and fresh - no comparison. The arrangement I bought from Fortune was an embarrassment.

The owner never returned my call when I complained and Mastercard wouldn't reverse the charge I had disputed because I had waited three days to call. That's because I ordered the flowers on Saturday and the first night of the wake wasn't until Monday and I wasn't able to get there to see them until Tuesday night. I called him first thing on Wednesday morning which was the day of the funeral. He was supposed to check with his wife on what was delivered and call me back, which he never did. He even tried to blame the funeral parlor that maybe someone there had switched the card on his arrangement. I got stuck paying them $114 - don't make the same mistake!
