Part of the Gateway National Recreation Area, this National Park unit is a must-see for the nature enthusiast and urban explorer. Fort Wadsworth includes Batteries Weed, Catlin, & Barbour, each with their own military significance and unique condition. Fishing, Camping, public tours and commanding views of the city only a bus or car ride away. Come on the weekend for the most goings-on.
