Reviews to Fort Lee Pet Vet
Had my kitten seen by the Doctor Han for 4 months, misdiagnosed treating her with different antibiotics and viral medicines back and forth, extremely frustrating for me and my kitty. Had to go for a second opinion, as soon as the doctor saw her, told me that she did not have an upper respiratory infection, she said it's a polyp. Sure enough a huge polyp was removed the next day. My kitty was miserable for so long with no results. She is now a happy healthy kitty. What hurts me is that all this time I was contributing making my cat more sick with all meds. Never ever again will I step a foot on that door. I spent over $400 in meds. If you don't have the expertise to treat cats, just send them to different doctors instead of guessing what the problem is.

I'm really confused by all the great reviews here. This was honestly the worst vet visit we ever had. That's saying a lot after 20 years of caring for animals - and many, many vet visits. I have never felt more pushed to get different vaccines, tests and treatments for my dog (nor have I ever written a negative review about a vet experience). This visit was too uncomfortable and awkward. We came here so excited to switch vets permanently, especially after seeing they offer free check ups for first clients. But of course it was too good to be true. As soon as we walked in, literally every sales tactic in the book was used left and right on us. Everything was 100% about making the sale and that was very transparent. The check up did not feel like it usually does at other vets. It was NOT about the customer or our dogs. I counted about 2 smiles that were given to us the whole time. I didn't even hear them call my dog by her name once. Services I clearly stated I did NOT want were added into our 'recommended program's' cost. When we said we will think about the program more and come back, they didn't let us take the sheet with the list of services - but instead they gave a business card with the total cost written on it, with none of the service costs itemized. Because, hey, the most important thing to remember is the total money you will give us and our address! Not what will actually help us make a decision on what's best for our dogs! We walked out clearly upset, and still there was zero effort to make it right. The funny thing is, I actually went expecting to get vaccines for my dog! But because the entire 'program' was so expensive and had so many miscellaneous additions, I ended up getting nothing. Now I have to get them done at another vet. How disappointing. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Every other vet or pet care place I went to has been SO much friendlier, warmer and more loving to our dogs (and us humans). I hate writing negative reviews for small businesses, but I had to for this. I just wish someone wrote this honest of a review before we wasted 1-2 hours of our day here.

My dog got bitten by a stray dog so I brought him here after seeing all the positive reviews, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Han and her assistants were so patient, loving, and understanding. They were up front about all of the procedures and costs and gave me both best and worst case cost scenarios so that there would be no surprises. I immediately knew I wanted to bring my dog here for all of his veterinary needs. I look forward to coming back again under less dire circumstances. If you are on the fence or looking for a new vet, look no further. They are the best!

Dr. Nazar and Dr. Han are very knowledgeable and spend copious amounts of time with you and your pet. I have had both my cat and now my dog go to them and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Being a new pet mom, I always have questions and whether it is the staff or the Vets, you always receive a well informed, quick and comforting answer. Additionally, the place is immaculate which is important to me and their availability is excellent for appointments. Hands down the best vet myself or my family (I have described my experience with family who are unfortunately not in the area) has ever had/heard of.

I am originally from Fort Lee, but live in Manhattan.
I come to Fort Lee for my dog (Keri's) appointments when she needs.
The place is really clean and professional.
Their hours are great as they are open from 9am to 10pm.
They also call you for reminders and also give you a follow up call which I appreciate.
It's really easy to work with them and I like the cleanliness of the place and friendly staff.
I would recommend this place as well as the pet grooming place I go to in Fort Lee on the same street to anyone that asks me for recommendations here in New York! So for everyone who lives in town or neighboring towns, I definitely recommend for you to take your pets here! :)
