Forever 21

I bought a skirt from forever 21 store in Miami. I realized the material had bubbles on it and was bad the first time I wore it. After coming back home went to return/exchange the stuff at the Newport store, the manager and staff were extremely rude and told me it could not be returned because I had worn it once! how am I suppose to know about the material without wearing it?? I thought it was one of an incident and did not complain. The second time I bought a pair of sock, and just realized it has got a hole in it! It's not about the low cost here, but the stuff seems to be non genuine and I know this time also the response of the store if going to remain the same.

Same problem cannot happen twice with the stuff! this is highly frustrating and disappointing! I am never going back to the store again!

My packages came really late. Forever 21 had no idea when my package had to be delivered. The products were the only saving grace.........

Decent sized mall Forever 21 store. Clothes are a hit or miss. At least you won't go broke shopping here. Customers are mostly teenagers. Great accessories and disposable party wear. You could probably find what you are looking for here.
