Forest Hills Nursery & Kindergarden

We moved to Forest Hills on May 2015, and when our son just turned 3. We had school bus both ways and day care from 10-3 pm. We could see the positive improvements from our son. The management, teachers and our supports all reachable. Thank you FHNK.

The best day care ever!!! We came as a new immigrants and my daughter didn't even speak english, but all that was not important, because she receive there full love, caring & attention from the 1st day., and this is the most important thing for small kids at that age!

The place feels like home, the teachers working with them in a small groups, and they get all the attention that they need, and the help with going to the bathroom, eating etc.

Everyday my daughter is coming back with different art & painting, she know all about all the difference holidays, and after couple of month she already spoke in English and even learned all the ABC, to sing, write and recognising all of them, unbelievable. I didn't teach her any of that, it's all from this amazing stuff of teachers that come everyday with full energy & good vibes for the kids, (and they are all working there for years, which is so important, because in other places i notice the teachers changing quite often and the kids have to adjust to new ones every time) Also Varda the manager is always around helping and making sure everything is fine!

My Daughter going there everyday full happy. she gets up in the morning and just want to go play with her friends and see the teachers. Even for her birthday the 1st thing she asked was to celebrate it in the kindergarten!

Excellent School. Everyone is very loving and caring. My son started goign there when he turned 2.

I leave behind 2 daycare schools on my way to this one .. its 15 mins from my house and its all worth it!

We wanted our son to go to a daycare where they really care about kids and not just the head counts. small class size means MORE ATTENTION. I am glad that we picked this school for my son. he loves going to school and is learning very fast. now he knows ABCs, counting, colors, shapes etc.. and comes home often with cute learning craft work!

I am a picky mom who had been to 4 day cares before joining this one. This place is a gem! Ms Verda is running it from 40 years and and Ms Audry is amazing! 19 years of experience means something! all the teachers are very gracious , polite and very hard working ... dealing with so many kids for hours.. they still manage to smile :)

All in all.. if you are looking for peace of mind for your baby and a safe place where he/she can learn and be happy - THIS IS THE PLACE!

This is a Fantastic school. My daughter has been going here for a year and I can't begin to tell you the difference in her. Talking, confidence, pretend play, alphabets, coloring, nursery rhymes, u name it, she knows it.
When I went to visit this school, I thought it was small compared to a lot around but on second thoughts I said small will give her more personal attention and since they charge you by the month, I could always change it anytime.
Biggest achievement was she didn't cry the 1st day of school. I didn't see any kid cry 1st day and I was amazed. My nephews and nieces all have cried for weeks to settle in school, but not at this school. I have a fussy eater and the teachers actually feed your kid and are so open to communicate. Ms. Audrey is fantastic with kids. She has 18 yrs. experience and that beats any high end school with gyms and music coz, whats most important at 2 is my child being happy and among loving teachers. Ms. Varda the owner, is fantastic. My child had to be out of school for a scheduled therapy for 15 days, and they actually refunded the fees. One of the only day cares with transportation. the bus has car seats and so punctual. Their timings are fantastic and if for any reason u need to keep your child longer, they are so accommodating. I just cant say enough about this facility. Parents, I have a kid who wants to go to school over the weekend too. That should say it all. Don't think twice, parents
