Horrible place to live I had a leak coming from the second floor down into my bathroom they tore down my whole ceiling fixed the leak and left it taped with garbage bags. I called the office so many times and they kept saying they only had one painter for the whole complex. It took a little over two months to get that fixed. I put in two complains about the notice from my upstairs neighbors because I had a newborn son and they said yeah we will notify our New York office. Nothing was ever done and I finally had enough and left. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst place to rent. Staff at rental office is useless. If you have any question they will say oh we don't have any authority and we would need to ask our manager in New York. They have returned my rental check because it was $21.73 less and they send me back after my last date saying that it was inadequate and now I have to pay late fees and I was given two day and I missed that so now they went to court and I have to pay another $300. I am going to leave this place soon. Place is crap. Old buildings, old equipment, no dishwasher. If are considering to rent this place please go and see a doctor because no human in his write state of mind would ever rent apartments from them. On scale of 1-10 for 1 being worst and 10 the best I would rate them as -10. REALLY REALLY BAD PLACE. PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TO RENT A PLACE FROM THEM.

They took out 700 dollars from my deposit. Refrigerator was working when I left. It was seven years old. they took out so much money from the deposit. greedy to the core. they dont give receipts for anything. very shady operation. I am planning to complain to state attorney general for an investigation. Parking is an absolute nightmare. So many houses and very little space. No parking in nearby streets either.

I actually had problems with low heat, but they eventually changed out all the baseboards for radiators. The maintenance crew is prompt and courteous. The area is quiet and well maintained. It is worth renting a garage for $50/mo to avoid the parking issues.
