- Excellent #104569

This is great brand new facility! I recently rented an office there and am very happy with my decision. Whats great is that it's a new executive suite center, so all the business are new to the building and are very welcoming. The location is great for all my clients and has easy access to the train station nearby. The building is kept very clean and has everything I need. Very happy with my new office!

The Owner of Prosuites is a cheater and a very cheap individual. He hires small business to perform work in his building to impress high profile tenants. Then he finds every reason not to pay for the services that was rendered. As a result, he has all kinds of contractors suing him and this may eventually spill over to his tenants who are unaware of his actions. Prospective contractors and tenants please be aware.
