Here is my worst experience with this particular dealership,

1) This Service center doesn't have respect for customer's time. Waited 40 min just to be seen by one of the service consultant. (Waited not in the office but out side of consultant's office in cold about 23 F temp.). Many people (Including consultant director) walked by but no one seems to care about asking or offering help with the issue. They all seems like why do I have to help another customer. They all were playing with their phones and checking out Facebook (I literally saw that) and they also know that I noticed what they were doing.

2) issue was a flat tire...without even looking at my car or flat tire they told me I need to replace the tire and they don't have bridgestone tires in stock. I realized my car's other three tires are goodyear so I went back and told them can we replace flat tire with the same goodyear tire since all other tires are also goodyear. They said ok we do have that tire in stock. After this I waited another 40 min to find out they don't have that tire in stock as well. Also, the extended coverage that I bought from the "toyota dealership" came out to be a third party insurance company so they wanted me to pay for the tire upfront and then they want me to work with the insurance company to get reimbursement. My dear consumers, this is we are talking about my brand new car that I bought just one week ago.

Everyone's time is precious and everyone deserves the respect.

It don't matter what race you are, depending on your cars issue determines your waiting time. It's like a hospital those that need critical attention, get critical solutions and the rest follows up. I am Hispanic and my wife is black and she gets the same treatment I get. You below me are a racist fool! I hope you get stuck 10HRS next time.

I bring my car here every time I need a repair on it. Services are well explained and they do an excellent job.

If you are not hispenic dont even think about going there. I have waited two hour just to know whats the problem with my car and they are goong to do about it. And in those two hours i saw people coming in after me and getting served rite away just because they spoke spanish.
