This is definedly not the biggest dealer in size, nor prettier in looks, but it has something special: they make you feel at home, they will do anything in their power to comply with your request, this is the 2nd deal I have with them, first a financed car, now is a lease. In both occasions they work a fair deal for me, you have to remember that your credit score and history play an important part in your deal, but for my first car I did not have a credit history at all, yet I got out of there in a pre-owned Camry with 25,000 miles, in optimal conditions.
Bottom line is, first you have a very efficient and well known brand of vehicles in a dealer that has a very kind and helful staff that treat each other like family.

I was there on December 28, 2015. Got a really good deal on a 2015 RAV4 4X4 XLE 2 years lease program. I saw a lot of bad review from the beginning, but I will love to give people a chance.
Sale representative "Ronel Martinez-Perez" are been very helpful and patient to me.
At first I was doing a credit check, after approved then I find out my insurance is too much away from my budget, then I have my family drive from downtown to the dealer to close sign for me.
But he don't mind to helping us to start all the paper work again, we finally got the car at the same day and drove home with a highly satisfy!!
I will give him a two thumbs up+ 5 star rating for sale department!!
(Will be back for free service after 5000 miles, then will rate them for service department)

P.S: I been shopping around with a lot Toyota deal, such as Westbury Toyota, Lee's Toyota, Star Toyota, but they will love to made you run around to go in to the shop and told you different prices and story (means they can't beat or match the deal I had mention over the phone)!!

I went to try to purchase a car in the summer of 2015 here and they didn't want to negotiate the car but this is not the problem the problem was that they told me i had to out a down-payment to even start the process for them to check my credit or get a Loan ect. To I gave them 100 dollars and up to this date I haven't gotten it back. Every time I speak to someone there they give me the run around and tell me I would get a check in the mail next week. It's been 5 months since and I still can't get my money back. Don't ever go here they are very unprofessional.

Don't ever go to this dealer. They are the worse. Went there to lease a car and because I didn't pay close attention to the contract, they actually sold me a 28K car for 36K, 8K more than the actual cost. Be careful with this dealer.

Mr.Matt Freeman considered our needs and budget and guided us accordingly. He was an attentive listener and did not push us to get a vehicle beyond our means.
