Do not give Jim Molzan any business. He is unprofessional, unreasonable, and illogical.
I was under contract with Jim Molzan for carpenter ant treatment over a year. I renewed the contract on July 20, but I called back on August 3 to cancel and ask for refund because I sold the house on July 31. My point was, since I no longer will own the house, I'd like to cancel my service and let the new owner pay for the service.
He refused to return the money. His illogical question was, "Then why did you sign up for the service?" His next line was, "I've been in business for 30 years, I don't care about your bad reviews."
He hung up the phone. When I called back, his receptionist also hung up the phone.
What kind of business is this? No work was done since I paid for the service and wanted to cancel it because I am no longer the owner, yet you won't refund the money??
