Force and Flow Integrated Bodywork

I had a great Chi Ne Sang massage from Ophra at Force and Flow. She was very intuitive to what my body needed and answered a lot of questions I had about that specific type of massage and how it was helpful. The studio itself is very peaceful and I will definitely be going back!

I had the best experience doing Pilates and prenatal yoga at Force and Flow Studio in Prospect Heights. I've never stuck to any type of exercise course before, but I went to Ophra Wolf's classes for 2 years before I got pregnant. I also took her prenatal yoga classes and they were excellent. She has very small groups (maximum 5 people) and she really pays individual attention to everyone. She also adjusted the class for every stage of my pregnancy. One of the best things about her teaching method is that for every exercise that she introduces, she makes connections to how our bodies works and what is happening at each particular stage of the pregnancy. Oprah is a very gifted teacher that knows how to work with each student and makes sure that they make the most of her classes.

Ophra is a phenomenal teacher, with an intuitive understanding of the body's potentials and limitations. Through her gentle encouragement she's able to get all of us to do things that we thought could never happen. The atmosphere in her studio is very friendly and warm, and I always come out feeling as though I've grown an inch.

Taking a class or a workshop is a wonderful way to treat yourself

Last summer, I had a thai bodywork session with Ophra, as I was feeling a little out of balance. I had recently been operated on my right wrist and as a result of overusing my left hand, my entire body was thrown off! Ophra felt this lack of balance and worked on restoring it. She has a gentle touch yet works with focused intention and a sharp handling of the body. After the session, my body felt like everything in it had been shifted back into its right place. She also worked on my ankle and recommended some exercises for taking care of it and preventing further pain, which is a wonderful holistic approach!

I have taken Thai Bodywork sessions and pilates classes with Ophra and can't recommend her highly enough. I've also sent friends to her who agree with me that Ophra is the real deal. Her classes and sessions are intensive without being invasive - she gets to know your individual issues with very little questions and is excellent at explaining what you should be feeling and aiming at. I learned more about my body from one hour with Ophra than I have doing years of group yoga classes. Her thai bodywork helped me more than any acupuncture or masssage sessions I've ever paid for. She takes her teaching seriously, is loyal to her students. And the space is lovely - I travel several train stops to take her class.
