I called up last week said they were going to have the air jordan 1 "banned" at the store lined up today and they came to open up and then said they didn't have them

Been going to footlocker for years and can gladly say this is the worse one ive ever been to in my life, horrific workers who look at you wrong, will never spend 1$ there, RAFFLES ARE RIGGED TOO

I went to return a pair of shoes which I had purchased here and the women which attended me told me she was not able to give me my money back for the shoes. But I did not want my money back, I just wanted a different style, which they of course didn't have and apparently could not order for what ever reason. The woman seemed as if she was on space mountain, horrible customer service they aren't helpful at all.

I was here at 7:30 and they closed at 8. Seems like management and employees arent interested in working
