I called from Connecticut to see if they had a particular sneaker. Carlos asked someone to check the stock and he was told that they did not have it. He knew how important it was for me to find this particular sneaker, so he personally went and found the item. When I arrived from Connecticut the next morning the sneakers were right by the register with my name on them. Thanks again for hiring such a competent young man!
