- Poor #109417

I had a wonderful time with my eye exam and glasses fitting. The glasses were great and fit well.

I also paid for a contacts exam, but she refused to send my prescription when I went to another place due to the price. Extremely unhappy since my prescription "expired" in 3 weeks so my contacts could not get ordered.

Dr. Jain was exceptionally thorough and informed me of the conditions of my vision with utmost clarity. Her office also offers exceptional discounts and promotions on eyewear. I was very satisfied with her care and I left better informed about how to invest in my vision care for the long term going forward.

I will only be going to Dr. Jain in the future - no more optical stores in malls for me!
