Focal Point Optical

Very disappointing experience; I went in to see the eye doctor and to order contact lenses. It got very busy and the lady asked me to come back another day to order my lenses which was not a problem. When I went back they gave me completely different pricing and argued with me even though the previously agreed upon pricing was in my folder. The owner was unbelievably rude to me (and the nice old ladies that were being waited on before me.) He berated me and told me that he doesn't make any money on contact lens sales so he didn't need my business. The experience I had with the eye Doctor was a positive one but the business end of the company was over-all pathetic and insulting to the eye care industry. I would recommend going elsewhere where customer service and compassionate care is more valued.
