I first meet mike when he arrived to give me an estimate of what i wanted to be done in my back yard. We walked around and we both came to an agreement of what he was going to be done. We decide to do a cash deal without any thing written down to exactly what we spoke about.

Big Mistake!!!!!!

After the job was finished, I discovered that they ran over some edging and ruined a wind chime from falling branches.

Mike came back the second day to collect the other half of money, and i asked him what about the other work you said you where going to do. His reaction was that he never said anything about doing the small stump grinding and finishing off some branches that where half cut and a small tree that was cut down only 5 feet from the ground.

After a day or two i called up mikes wife and explained what happened and she promised they would come back and finish off the small stuff which was agreed on. I have used many tree services in the pats and this was the first unprofessional company i have used.

I highly recommend Flynn's Tree Service. They gave a very fair price to cut down a very large tree
that was close to our house. They were fast and did a great job cleaning up
when done. They are true professionals.

Rude, and unprofessional is what this company speaks! I started out with asking if they do estimates, with a reply of if you have already received other estimates it is not worth "their " time. I said that they were the first call I had made but due to your statement I would not use your services. I don't like when companies assume that I am looking for a cheap price, I wanted a reputable company to take down my trees, not some guy with a chainsaw and a trailer. How do companies expect to make money if they can't have decent customer service!

We live in on a heavily wooded lot but also have a good deal of landscaped property -- Flynn's are always our first call for pruning or tree removal. Mike Flynn quickly cleared our fallen trees after superstorm Sandy, as well as came back for our pruning and removal of very large, deak oak tree this summer. The big Oak is gone and our yard and landscaping are left completely pretty and intact. I would highly recommend Mike for his experience and arborist expertise!
