Flying Arm Bar is a really good school. I've been attending for 3 weeks and everyday its something new. This school has alot of students competing for belts, and just fun to attend and learn, I feel that this school has alot to offer, check it out

It took me years of training to realize you learn more in a smaller class where you get lots of personal attention. Too many other schools are about mass marketing and high pressure sales, but then ignore the true needs of the students. If your instructor is not on the mat with you, then you need to be at a different school!
