Flushing Meditation

I am truly grateful to the method and the helpers at the meditation center! The method works and has helped me to LIVE. I no longer have thoughts racing in my mind, worries that keep me up at night or fear...I am present, I am enjoying the relationships around me. Life is beautiful, nature is beautiful, people are beautiful, the truth is beautiful....with the simple method of subtraction. Thank you Flushing Meditation and the founders!

I started the meditation to keep my best friend company, who was very interested in the meditation. At that time I wasn't searching for anything nor did I have any expectations on the meditation. But as I went through each level, I started to feel the deep changes in me. I started to come to know my true self and the meaning of the world. It's really amazing cuz nobody's taught me anything. All I did was following the method n the answers to all the questions about life reveal to me as I subtract. The method is so unique n powerful. It has systematic steps n clear destination, which no other meditation places offer. After finishing all the levels I feel truly liberated n free. I realized I was the only reason why I was not truly happy. Change your mind, change your life. Please don't miss out on the meditation. Once you start, you'll realize doing the meditation is the most important n meaningful thing in life :)

Truly incredible mediation method! I've done almost every type of mediation before and nothing compares to this method and the sincerity of the teachers at Flushing Center. Even after a few weeks you will notice a change in yourself. I've been mediating for 2 years and everyone I know has seen changes in me, I feel, look and act differently. I have a more positive outlook on life. It's been life changing. I highly recommend trying it for yourself!!

After trying many different types of meditation I have finally found a method that works. My family and friends have noticed changes in me just a few months after I began to practice Maum Meditations subtractive method. The center is warm and comfortable and the helpers are all fantastic. I strongly recommend the center to all seeking enlightenment.
