Horrible customer service.
Called to ask about possibility of ordering a custom bouquet for a baby shower today. Was told in a very rude manner, that I shouldn't even ask about it, because it's last minute and because the guy working there today is on his own.... Not sure how is that my fault or problem.
Well - I'll take my business else where...

Don"t know much about the lady because i never talked to her really, but the flowers are absolutely beautiful!! She uses string to wrap around the roses and does a fantastic job. Definitely worth buying

Rude lady ! Must be a rich woman to be nasty to customers! Don't waste your time going if your looking for a deal .
