I am replying to the one and only review here from Billdransfield (all my other customers are 100% satsfied). This so-called customer, (he wasn't a customer, he never placed an order) heckled, insulted and made sarcastic cracks from the word "Go". When he started whining like a 2 yr old for being offered an outstanding special of a dozen roses arranged in a vase for only $39.99, I had had enough. I simply said I decided to not deliver his order. This was after he sneered "oh special? are the flowers left over from Valentine's Day? I know I used to work in a flower shop. " he continued. Mr. Dransfield assumes his poor work ethics and lack of integrity wherever he used to work is adapted by all florists. At Flowers by Lili we receive fresh flowers daily. we offer specials to pass on savings we might have received. And we do NOT deliver to customers who taunt and tease us over the phone. So what Mr. Dransfield doesn't know is that google users will respect my business for drawing the line at being abused by non customers such as himself. And we are so happy not to serve him. I am the owner and I stand by my decision and would do the same all over again (except that I would dismiss his call after the first insult, not wait until 5 of them in the same call).

Get them on the phone, go through giving her all my info and at the last minute she decided that she doesn't want to deliver to where I told her at the beginning of the conversation, then hangs up! HOW RUDE!!! I guess they don't understand that one unsatisfied person and the web goes a LOOOONNNGGG way.....
