I was a first time long distance customer. There was a mistake made with the selected tele flora plant I had selected. I called Flowers By Giorgie and they sent a replacement plant out immediately, at no extra cost! They were pleasant and responsive and my friend thought both arrangements were beautiful. Thank you !!!!
