If you are like me who would prefer to shop in boutiques, not department stores, this is totally your home. This studio creates unique ambiance so different from any gym I ever had been. It’s smaller and cozier; you feel like you are a member of a small exclusive community. The teachers are very professional, very knowledgeable and work very close with you to achieve your goal. Every room is very different, sets different mood. Whole Centre is very spiritual; they care for your sole as much as your body. And believe me they know how to keep both in shape. Gina, the Flow Centre owner in phenomenal as person and as teacher. She trained all her staff, keeps the place immaculate and makes you feel as a friend or part of her family.
