Great sales guy (might have been owner) who was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great guys .. needed air and wd40 and wouldnt take any money for it. All they said was "go ride and have fun!" Nice selection of bikes too

I called to ask a simple question. "Am I able to swing by with my bike that i just bought and are you able to give me an instant quote on how much a tune Up would be?

A simple and professional "oh no sorry we are unable. We need to keep the bike for a day or so and then let you know, if that is ok, we would love to see you". Or SOMETHING NICE!

You want to know what I got?

"WHAT DO YOU WANT ? [loud] we are so busy right now.

"Can I swing by and get a quote?"

Her "one min"
Phone muffled. Asks a guy same question

Guy grabs the phone
"YOU CAN BRING YOUR BIKE BUT I DO NOT HAVE X-RAY VISION IT TAKES DAYS WE MAY HAVE TO RIDE IT AND LET YOU KNOW WE CANT JUST TELL YOU THINGS YOU NEED"

Me [SHOCKED] I stayed calm
"Umm I wondering if you are able to give me a quote of i swing by"

Him very overly polite and trying to rectify his initial rude manner.

No it dosnt work that way. He should Apologize.

I've never been in there and now I will never. I stick with going to the very nice guy off Christopher street. By the water.

Complete disappointment. I go to get a flat fixxed. Which is very self explanatory to see which tire it is. He puts his hand on the wrong tire completely not noticing its the front. Starts going on abt how my tires bald... yet its a specialty tire. Its an animal asm tire it comes that way.not noticing the front, regular tire is the flat one. And starts a bs sales pitch. Then tried charging 20 for the tube and installment. Said it will take an hour.... because of the process of replacing not patching the tube. Bought the tube changed it by hand in not even 2 minutes. Inflated and was on my way.NEVER will i go back. Everyone giving them amazing reviews are a bunch of uninformed novelest bike riding yuppies who have no idea what theyre talking abt. Who pay way over priced fees for a minute job. Sad.

The folks that work there are knowledgeable and super nice. They do not try to push you into a more expensive item
