My soul mate John P. McKee was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I had no idea what I was doing, did not want to plan a funeral in advance, and was scared to say the least. My best friend recommended Flinch & Bruns & I am forever grateful to her. I started with Stacey being an absolute doll and helpful in getting me set-up to meet with John. John Ferrante was professional, understanding, kind and understanding. he walked me through the process, explained every detail and had an answer to all of my questions. After my John passed, Anthony Grant & Billy were kind, understanding and extremely attentive to all my needs. John, Anthony, Billy and the remainder of the staff took care of everything for me. I have no words to explain the gratitude I have for all they did in what is the most difficult time in my life. Even afterwards, they took calls from me and answered my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I am eventually going to them again, to pre-plan and pay for my service. I am not being morbid, I am being realistic and making sure my children have minimal to no expense when I am gone. From my experience with them, I know I can trust they will help my loved ones the way they helped me.
