The studio is beautiful and impeccably clean. I took a hot yoga class with Michelle Marie; she is an excellent instructor, very informative, and able to keep you engaged in the class whether you are a beginner or advanced. Definitely worth the trek out to Bayside.

Went to an amazing hot yoga class on opening day of this brand new studio. The first thing you notice here is what an incredibly beautiful facility this is. Very zen-like sanctuary. It feels as if it does not belong alongside the strip mall that it is. Very fresh and clean. Prices were reasonable. The class I took with Meredith was definitely challenging yet playful and fun with some great music blended in and the right amount of heat for my preference. Glad they offer 8pm classes because working late, its difficult for me to get to class much earlier than that. Looking forward to returning soon.
