my experience as an employee as well as a client has been great and enjoyable the staff i worked with were plesant and still remain to be so. most people arent ready for catering and fun this place give great hospitality and a warm enviorment and if i still had the chance to experiance the current staff i would be honered the chefs are great people and mr.miguel is awsome . hes the manin man in this opperation he keeps it live and together with new ideas and events thank you for my experience at fleur de lis caters my plesure
