Great (very) high - end butcher. I think. Bought a Thanksgiving bird, followed their instructions to the letter, and had I not been paying close attention would have turned it to a cinder by doing so.
That said : clean shop, lots of staff trying to be helpful, and at the end of the day it could have been my oven, right?

This place is Park Slope history. Plus they actually know how to cut meat. Family owned and tons of fun stuff to buy and eat. Some awesome rotisserie chickens also!

Bill is a great, his staff are welcoming. I'd brush my teeth with their BBQ sauce if my dentist allowed it. Get the chips so you can scoop up all the Q that falls from you bun, drink it up with Kelso brew - can't go wrong!

Amazing selection of Grass-Fed and Organic meats here. Though pricey, you can taste the quality. Beef is just... earthier/ beefier.
