People here will park next to you leaving 3 inches from your driverside door, how are you going to get into your vehicle? This is a very common occurence. No one gives a f**k about you and your ride even getting jealous of your ride and your pride telling you, you have too much pride, the audacity to even feel comfortable interupting you to state this. I have been made aware privately that management is aware of some troublesome occupents that are vandals, i love living here, broken passenger window, stolen front grill, stolen foglights, stolen mirrors, lifting my hood and taking only my battery terminal covers right in the parkinglot and what response do i get ? For me they conviently have no video, but if your hispanic, your privleged.

You all got to see how residents here taunt other residents & to call this low class Co-Op a campus is a farce. I'm pretty sure after several years that the mentally ill here, and that also hear voices not spoken to them know I'm not going to easily take their crap like Mr Benitez@ 766 apt B-17 who took a threatening stance with my significant other out in the parkinglot , that Bonnie told to write out a letter to and Mr. Lewis apt 766 B-68 who like to bum rush you outside, who like to incite one another and purposely make themselves look like an a$$ to the community. Complaint are logged against these two for threatening and disorderly conduct. Too many adult children here. Some are suffering from legal and illegal drug induced psychosis.

Inspecting the property, disgusting landscape, unevenly trimmed hedges, mostly degenerates and people who do not mind thier own business, people who open their doors and shout through the hallways from their front door, inadequet parking lot lighting, cochroaches you could put a leash on and mentally ill tenants, there is not one Dr.s office or other professional in this supposed complex, came here from longisland to visit a friend here and like omg, one person states tenants are inconsiderate? They indeed are correct. I viewed a dog tied to a staircase, i viewed people blocking the driveway holding back others who wanted to enter, idios, this is no class if not low class. este lugar es una mierda. I currently reside at wavecrest gardens, now this is bonito. The ocean, a beautiful court yard.

Worst residence since harlem, no security, no code of health, ethics, violated rights.

People living here are inconsiderate of their neighbors when it comes to noise and other issues. If you have a family with young kids, this is NOT a place for you unless you are on the first floor. People smoke inside their apartments and management DOES NOT force it by any means, it is regular to walk into the building and inhale second hand smoke. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone decent. I have made complaints to the management regarding the noise and smoking, all they have done is asked us to go and talk to our neighbors. This place probably use to be decent, not anymore as the people who live here now are much more naive and uneducated.
