Viewed the surrounding area of this Co-Op owned street, after meeting with a friend this location would be the only residence I would consider moving into. Very well maintained grounds, very professional appearance, I hear that some have moved here from Fleetwood park apartments over improper management issues. Fleetwood park apts. Is a lower class residence.
