The worst costumer service i have experienced in my life, and I am not exaggerating. Their ridiculous 7-day return policy is one thing to look out if you are a quick shopper as I am.

I went there to buy my girlfriend a gift and the women there were really helpful because I dont know, anything about cup sizes and strapless non strapless and all the extra stuff. The manager there ,I think her name was alex, helped me out alot and also very beautiful I might add. Overall a great shopping experience.

As a long resident of Bensonhurst neighborhood, I have been shopping in Flavour for years, I also worked there when I was in high school. Customer service is not their biggest priority, its making personal sales. If there is a girl that helps you while you shop, please be sure to point out exactly who that girl was because if you don't the manager will usually put down the sale for who ever is his/her favorite at the moment. I do admit the merchandise has gotten better over the years, but the truth is the purchase from the same wholesalers as forever 21, so if you find a top or a skirt there you like for 40 bucks, if you make your way to forever 21 and purchase it for half the price. One more things; there is NOTHING i hate more than how the girls have to follow you when you go upstairs to make sure you don't steal. They don't even ask to help you or pretend to be doing something they literally just stand there and watch you. But to their defense, other than the fact that they just stand and watch you, they have to follow you upstairs. My manager made me do it every time and i hated it.

My daughter and I were shopping in flavour on july 5. I found a dress I liked and bought it as well as my daughters things. So I went back on Sunday the dress was now on sale and the girl that worked there was extremely rude and nasty. I believe her name was Christina. All I wanted was to change the size.She said dresses are final sale. Whoever sold me the items never said anything about that. I have shopped there for years as well as my daughter worked there while in high school. Unfortunately that will be our last visit there . Save your money they don't tell the truth. Walking out of the store two women told me that the samething happened to them. Something else here we come.
