Food was cooked good. Friendly staff. This place is crowded in the food area compared to the flavors a few blocks away. It gets crowded inside. The is a good amount of seating on the second floor. The other flavors a few blocks away has poor seating.

It is nice place for health food quick food. Good for to go orders on a busy morning or noon. Not top of the class but helps one grab a decent flavored food.

"Manhattan's Favorite Fast Casual Restaurant" says it all. It's not our favorite restaurant. It's not even our favorite casual restaurant. It exists for the days when you want a paper bag with edible contents thrown in your direction for a reasonable price faster than the amount of time it takes you to come up with better lunch plans. Much like your local high school, it can leave a lot to be desired, but after a while it becomes familiar, if not endearing. If you can stand the occasional cheese steak soup and high pressure salad ordering, Flavors is a pretty good option in the area.

If you like sandwiches, this place has sandwiches. Not great sandwiches, but consistent.
They also have a sandwich and soup combo, which is great in the colder months.
Steer clear of the Philly Cheesesteak and Lobster Bisque soups.

Hit or miss. Sometimes I get the hot pastas, which are a LOT of food. I eat half and sometimes feel fine and sometimes feel sick. Not sure if it's the food or if it's just really heavy. Cake and dessert items are good though.
