I am writing this to let you know how much I appreciate the wonderful work that you and your crew have done when you have helped me to move to my new home last month.
As you know, this move was especially difficult for me and happened under tragic family circumstances. In addition to the usual stress that accompanies every move, I was dreading the emotional aspect of it. But I can honestly say that you and your team have made that day much easier than I have expected, and even helped to bring some fun into it. You were all professional, patient and supportive throughout the process. You even acted as interior designers in helping me to decide where to place the furniture in my new home and stoically put up with me when I kept changing my mind… It felt as if I was working with a bunch of friends who truly wanted to make me comfortable in my new home.
Although I cannot say that I am looking forward to any more move in the near future, I can assure you should I, or any of my friends, need a moving company again, yours would be my first choice and recommendation.
