My family has been coming to this location for over 10 years and the staff/owner never fails to deliver the best service. I highly recommend this place because they definitely offer the best prices and the doctor is very helpful.

Great experience! My family will definitely continue to use this business. They are great and very friendly. We were in and out in a timely manner. Also, our glasses and contacts were prepared for pick up very quickly. It also helps they helped keep out 1 year old occupied while we finished up our appointment. I don't have any negatives to post.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. The woman who did my exam was extremely rude. I came there because I was having terrible headaches from my new prescription so I wanted to see what could be done to correct this. After declining the refraction test she looked at me like I was crazy and asked why I was even there because I wasn't working at the time nor did I drive and therefore I had no real need for glasses. When it was over she basically just left the room and told me to leave. Just horribly rude and unprofessional. Never again will I go there and will recommend that others avoid this place.

This was my first time at Flatbush optical and I love it, people are very nice the service is good and I got my glasses in just two days! And is very affordable.

Cant believe any one would leave this place a negative review! I have been coming here for nearly 10 years and sent my parents, friends and girlfriend here on several occasions and I have never heard a negative word spoken. Oleg the owner is almost always on site and ready to assist to make sure your experience is pleasant. The store is always kept very clean, and everyone who works there is very helpful and polite. I plan to go to Flatbush Optical for another 10 years!
