Excellent all around! Jane is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful in researching my appliance questions and in figuring out the best options for my renovation. Very well organized delivery process, too. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience with Flamtech. At the very end of the project, due to an electrical issue, I had to change the microwave on VERY short notice. It was delivered promptly, as promised, the day before the electrical inspection.

I came here when I was starting to renovate my kitchen, not knowing anything about the type or style of appliances I wanted. The sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful, and uber patient, answering all my questions. They carried a wide selection of brands, and even worked with my designer and installer to ensure that all the specifications would work with my kitchen needs. She worked with me for weeks, and even called to follow up on the day of delivery to make sure that everything was all right. The whole team there was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. A truly great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.
