- Terrible #73355

Horrible horrible experience. They were unable to figure out measurements on a basic custom glass fireplace screen and now, over a year later, I'm still fighting with them to get my deposit back. They keep telling me the check is in the mail...so, so sketchy. Run from this business!!!

I decided to have a gas fireplace installed and called a few companies in Westchester. I felt most comfortable with Mike at Flames and I am so grateful I did. Mike and his team were excellent from beginning to end. I am a business owner and respect the professionalism that Flames offered. I highly recommend them!
