Ordered an ECU for 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. Shipped on Tuesday and received in central Texas on Thursday. Customer service was prompt and very helpful. Price was the absolute best I could find with a lifetime guarantee. 5 star all the way!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY SENT US AN E.C.M. AND IT HAD 2 HARD CODES WHICH INDICATE A BAD COMPUTER. WE CONTACTED THEM TO SEND US A NEW ONE, AFTER WAITING A WEEK FOR THIS ONE, AND THEY TOLD US THEY COULD NOT ASSIST US BECAUSE THEY NEEDED A SUPERVISOR TO APPROVE WHICH APPARENTLY THERE ARE NONE THERE!!!! HHHHMMMMM BIG RED FLAG ESPECIALLY AFTER READING OTHER REVEIWS ON HERE. THIS IS JUST SICKENING AND AS A BUSINESS WE CANNOT BELIEVE THEY CONDONE THIS. HOPE THIS HELPS STOP OTHER PEOPLE FROM GETTING SCAMED!!!

Our company, an Intercity Transit governmental organization, needed an ECM for our Service Truck (a 2003 F550). We looked around for awhile and actually found Flagship One to be one of the few (if only) places which had the item available. The pricing was phenomenal.
Why i am rating this as a 3 star instead of a 4 or 5 is because originally it had a short ship time, which is exactly what we needed. We were notified right away when the first ECM they had tried failed the final tests after programming. They said they would ship the second ECM out early in the week. The ECM shipped on Thursday of that week, not exactly early in the week in my book. We also called on Thursday and had them charge us for Next Day Air shipping, the CSR stressed to the warehouse to replace the Ground label with Air and they did not...so we ended up getting our ECM on Monday, about 2 weeks afterwards. Luckily, we did not have a transit bus break down in that time frame.
Why I am not rating it a 1 or 2 star is primarily because the CSR, Dana, did attempt to stay on top of things and was very communicative. You could tell that she was competent at what she was doing, fast, and was looking out for the customer throughout the whole process. I would say that their warehouse needs some further improvements in giving realistic ship times, verifying shipping methods, and advising their CSR staff of when they mess up so that their CSR doesn't give out incorrect information.
IN the end, it fixed our problem and it fixed it affordably.

My initial call to them was promising and helpful. Called on a Monday and they said I'd have it by the weekend. Two full weeks later I received the item and it works fine. During those two weeks I got lied to twice about shipping dates and tracking numbers. They gave me one tracking number during week one after I chased them down via phone, then e-mailed me another tracking number during week two, In both cases, no item was ever submitted to the post office for shipping (they said the post office lost it the first time...). The item finally showed up with a totally different tracking number on the box that they never sent me, so I never knew it was shipped until it showed up.

I have been on both ends of business spectrum with this company... they have been my customer as well I have been their customer. I have to say that i have received excellent service from them for 2 years now with no complaints!! We will continue to use the service they offer!
