I placed an order and the sales team duplicated the order a day later and charged my account twice. Upon noticing a second charge for the same order on my account, I immediately contacted Flaghouse for them to remove the second charge. They refused. I was promised I would receive the order I placed my Monday. I received the complete order on Wednesday. I had an event and needed the games for Tuesday. they refused to take off the second charge because they had accidently shipped it after I contacted them! I was told, I would have to wait until all the items reached me and I refused the order and UPS contacted them. This prolonged the amount of time they held on to over a thousand dollars of my money!! I have refused the second order with UPS and they still have not credit my account!! Is this stealing? It certainly is using someone else money without permission!!
