Flag is pretty good, they always come when we call and are very friendly.

we have no complaints.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!! If I there was a different available vendor I would switch from flag in a heartbeat. The workers are absolutely horrendous. They do a sloppy job and have absolutely no respect for the properties they service. They consistently drive up the sidewalk curbs to get to the containers when there is a driveway 5 feet away. Their trucks damage the curbs, crack the sidewalks, and all managemnt says is that "they will talk to the drivers", which absolutely get nowhere because they just keep on doing the same a week later. And of course they will not admit to the damages unless you have video surveillance. How many of us are actually up past 1am waiting for the them to pick up your trash?

Rude and obnoxious dispatchers. never on time to pick up waste and impossible to deal with.
