Be careful when they go in the back and find your size. For me, they came back with the right size but a slight variant of the pants I wanted. Looked similar in the store, but I only realised the difference when I returned to my hotel. I had to make another trip to do a return since they really did not have my size in the pant style I wanted. More effort on my part for nothing, hence not a good experience.

The manger is fantastic. Was able to help me replace a jacket with ease. Absolutely love Fjallraven jackets.
