Amazing place, we had looked at many orthodontists before this one, but this one my daughter seemed to love. Over the years they have been so caring personally and on a professional level. Even running in to problems, they worked it out perfectly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Dr. Paley and Dr. Friedman are excellent doctors and wonderful people. There entire staff is well trained and care about each patient individually. With one child who has gotten his braces off, one who is in the middle of treatment, and one who is just getting started I have seen all phases of their treatment. They treated each of my children individually not only in terms of there dental care but also their own personal needs and requests

What is also wonderful is also how no matter who you deal with or when you come in the office, you will always get a smile and a question that says we care about you, and they really do.

Our daughters started their orthodontic journey in September 2012. We went to a couple of offices for consultations with Five Towns being the first. The other offices were either very small (in a house) or very big and modern and lacked a personal touch. Still unsure we went back to Five Towns and spoke directly to Dr. Paley. He spent over an hour speaking with us, talking about what course of treatment he recommended for each of our daughters who had different orthodontic needs.

We decided to use Dr. Paley’s services and have no regrets. The administrative staff could not be more professional and courteous. When we enter the office we are immediately greeted by name. Wait time is kept to a minimum and appointments are made with ease. The assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly and create a comfortable atmosphere for all of us. Overall from the moment you walk in until the moment you make your next appointment, the practice provides a warm, personal, friendly environment that is absent in the more business geared dental offices.
