Five Towns Limousines, Ltd

My wife and I booked this company for our wedding July 3, 2015. He was so inviting and kind when we booked him. He showed up right on time at 2pm to pick my guys and I up but we were running a little late so he sat outside until 3pm waiting for us. Everything seemed fine until the ceremony was over. He pulled me aside and said "You know your working on overtime right?" I said "Yes, I know. 1 hour. I have the money in my pocket." Then he proceeded to take us on what seemed to be the longest 15 minute ride ever. He went the wrong way, got stuck in traffic and took an extra 45 minutes to get to a park where we were supposed to take our pictures. Our photographers got there in 15 minutes and we took an hour to get there. Then after we hurried up and took a few pictures, we then went to the reception hall. When we got there, he pulled me aside again and said, "That'll be two hours overtime. $300.00." I asked him "How could that be?" He then explained to me that is was 6:38PM and we booked him from 2PM until 5PM and they round up the time if its more than 10 minutes past the hour. So I asked him, "Am I supposed to pay you for getting lost and going the wrong way? Should we consider the fact that the photographer got to the park 45 minutes before we did?" He then said, "There was traffic. I didn't know there would be so much traffic. Its not my fault." So I replied, "Its not my fault either, but it is your fault that we went the long way to get to the park. You're the professional driver. You're supposed to have planned the route beforehand and you're supposed to know where you're going." He then proceeded to threaten me with calling the police and "embarrassing me at my wedding" (his exact words). Then started yelling and screaming at my parents and my sister when they asked why is he doing this. I honestly think he planned to shake me down for extra money the whole time and went the long way on purpose. I can't help but wonder, if we were not African American would he have done this to us. I plan to let everyone know that if you do not want to be taken advantage of then do not use this company!!!

I recently used Five Towns limo for a wine tour bachelorette party for 10 people. I am truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the limo driver Prado. The limo arrived 15 min early and immediately I knew the wine tour experience would be a great one. John was extremely helpful as well in answering all of my questions and ensured from the beginning that we would have a great experience with Five Towns Limo service. I would definely use Five Towns Limo again in the future.

I booked five towns limo for my best friend's bachelorette. I knew that I wanted to do a wine tour for her party but I had never done one before and I'm from CT and not familiar with long island. John was extremely helpful! He gave me a great price and helped me with every step and detail along the way. The limo driver arrived right on time and the limo was new and immaculately clean. I was not disappointed. Our driver Prado was polite, helpful, and friendly. All the stop at the vineyards were well organized and coordinated. The price that I paid for the limo also included the tastings. This was a great option because as a group of 7 I liked that we didn't have to exchange money at the vineyards. At each vineyard that we went to Prado knew exactly where to go and who to speak with and we were set up with the each tasting almost immediately. I hope I get the opportunity to do another wine tour with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend. We really had a fantastic day and as another reviewer commented it truly was perfection!

We booked a wine tour through Five Towns Limo and it was the best decision! John was amazing to work with. Extremely professional and organized (which as a type A personality I appreciated)! Our driver LeRoy was excelent! They took care of everything and we did not have to worry about a thing! The Limos were clean and everyone loved our PINK Limo! Have not stopped bragging about them all weekend! Looking forward to working with them in the future!

I will always remember that look on my daughters face as she watched the pink hummer limo pull up in front of the house for her Sweet 16. It truly was a dream come true for her. The Limo was in mint condition, very clean, the driver was prompt, courteous, and went out of his way to accommodate us. Her friends are still talking about her Sweet 16, especially their ride in the Limo. Thank you for making my little girl feel like a princess! I will definitely call you again when I am in need of a Limo and will spread the word to all my friends and co-workers. Thank you John !
