I called Five Towns Garage Doors with my garage emergency in the evening. I was stressed out, because I knew I had to take my car out of my garage in order to go to work the next day. I needed someone to come out before I was supposed to leave for work. I called around, and no one could fit me in, but then I spoke to Five Towns Garage Doors. They were so warm and friendly and were so willing to help me I was shocked. They sent out one of their technicians first thing in the morning. Let me just say, the guy knew his stuff. He came in, inspected it, told me what was wrong. He walked me through each step of his inspection process, showed me what was broken and what was still in good shape. I was willing to pay whatever I needed to to get my garage fixed, but my overall bill was extremely extremely fair. I was kind of blown away with the whole experience, because I have had garage trouble before, and It was always a stressful time, and very costly. But not with Five Towns Garage Doors. They treated me with respect, and I felt like I was their only customer, getting such great service. I have recommended them to all my neighbors, family and friends, and I wanted to share this with the NY community. This place is legit. I will never again call another garage door service company.
